Sizing Help
We want you to feel confident when choosing your size.
If you’re unsure about sizing, we recommend checking the measurements listed on the product page or reaching out to us before placing your order.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• Returned within 14 days of delivery
• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• Original tags still attached
• Not part of our Sale Collection
• In original condition
Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
Examples of returns that may be declined include items with:
• Signs of wear
• Makeup, deodorant, sweat, grass, or dirt stains
• Strong odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)
• Excessive pet hair that cannot be removed
• Alterations or modifications
If a return does not meet these requirements, the item may be sent back and return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Label Agreement
By using the prepaid return label provided by Skirt Society, you acknowledge and agree to our return policy. All approved returns are eligible for store credit only. Refunds to the original form of payment are not offered.
Use of the return label confirms your acceptance of these terms.

Exchanges
Need a different size?
Full-Price Items
Items purchased at regular price (no discounts applied) are eligible for return or exchange for store credit only.
• $7 return shipping fee
• $7 reshipment fee for exchanges (same item, different size)
Return shipping and reshipment fees will be deducted from your store credit or invoiced prior to shipping your exchange.
Sale-Priced Items
You are responsible for any return or new shipping fees on sale priced items.
We’re happy to help. Email customerservice@theskirtsociety.com with your order number and the size you need, and we will assist with exchanging for the same item (subject to availability).
Due to limited inventory, some sizes may sell out before exchanges can be processed.

Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• All items in the Sale Collection
• Items discounted 15% or more
• Black Friday, Warehouse, Anniversary, Promotional, or Bucket Sale items (unless otherwise noted)
• Accessories including hats, handbags, socks, hair accessories, scarves, gloves, sunglasses, belts, and keychains
• Any item marked Final Sale on the product page

International Orders
We currently do not provide return shipping labels for international orders.
Customers are responsible for:
• Return shipping costs
• Ensuring the package is insured and trackable
• Any customs or duty fees
Duty fees are determined by your country and are not collected by The Skirt Society.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
A $5 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.
Refund processing may take 3–10 business days depending on your bank.

Damaged Items
We carefully inspect items before shipping, but in the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, please email us immediately.
Once approved:
• We will provide a prepaid return label.
• The item must be returned within 10 days of delivery
After inspection we will offer either:
• An exchange for the same item and size (if available), or
• Store credit
Items that have been worn are not eligible for damage claims.

Return Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
• Returns are processed within 3–7 business days
• You will receive an email confirmation once your store credit has been issued
If you believe your return should have been processed already, please email us with:
• Your order number
• Tracking information
• The item(s) returned

Wholesale Orders
Wholesale customers should inspect orders immediately upon delivery.
Return guidelines:
• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
• Damage claims must be submitted within 5 business days
Items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Unaltered
• Returned in original packaging with tags

Shipping
We ship orders using USPS and UPS.
Please note:
• Shipping times begin once the package is handed to the carrier
• Processing and packing time is not included in shipping estimates
• Delivery times are not guaranteed
Delays due to weather, carrier issues, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.

International Shipping
International shipping is available for a flat rate fee.
Please note:
• Customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees
• Delivery times are not guaranteed
We ship internationally using the postal service to help reduce potential duty costs compared to private carriers.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout to help protect your order during transit.
If shipping protection is selected, you may be eligible for compensation if your package is lost or damaged during shipping.
Please note:
• Shipping protection does not cover incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
• We are not responsible for stolen packages

If Tracking Says Delivered but You Cannot Find Your Package
Before reporting a package as lost, please:
- Check your front porch, back porch, mailbox, garage, and nearby areas
- Ask neighbors or household members
- Wait 3 business days (carriers sometimes mark items delivered early)
Please report missing packages within 12 days of the delivery date.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable:
• The order will be canceled
• Store credit will be issued minus shipping costs
If you would like the order reshipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.
