Returns and Shipping

  • We DO NOT offer refunds. (NO EXCEPTIONS) We offer a Skirt Society store credit, valued at the original cost of your order (not including shipping)  to use on any of our products. You will receive a pre-paid return label and you will need to return your item back to us within 14 days of the date received/delivered. It must be received by us by the 14th day. The cost of using our prepaid label is $5 - $20 depending on weight and will be deducted from your store credit.  Prepaid labels will be issued up to the 7th day of the date it was delivered. (Anything past will likely not make it by the 14th day)  Store credit cannot be combined with any other coupon or code. Our platform only allows for one coupon per order, sorry we do not have any control over this. When you use our prepaid return label you agree to receive Store Credit.


  • We do offer exchanges ONLY on same item-different size. Once your return has been processed we will email you an invoice for the return shipping and the new shipping. You are responsible for shipping both ways.
  • If you do not email us we will not accept your return.
    • Please make sure the items are wrapped securely and neatly in an envelope like we mailed them to you in. If a mesh bag was included with your shipment with a Pink Label item, it must be returned with the item, if it is not then $5 will be deducted from your Store Credit. Please allow 3-5 working days for your return to be processed. Once processed, we will email you a Store Credit code good towards your next purchase.
    • Final sales are exclusively denoted with prices ending in .49. This also includes any item purchased from our sale section or any item with a 15% off and up code. (BLACK FRIDAY, PREBLACK FRIDAY, CYBER MONDAY, $29.99 Dress Sale, $35.00 Dress Sale and 12 Days of Deals SALES) No exceptions will be made.  All sales are final. No refunds no exchanges! I’m sorry these days are our busiest and we stand by our final sale policy. Please make sure to use all the information under each items description to make the best choice.

    • Merchandise must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, and UNALTERED with any applicable tags still attached. Skirt Society reserves the right to determine whether items returned are in acceptable, new condition. It the item is determined unacceptable, in a used state, deodorant stained, make up stained or smelling of perfume, body odor or any other smells (including but not limited to any or all of these ) the customer must pay for the items to be returned or it/they will be donated to a local charity. We will not add the shipping costs to an order. 

      • International Orders - We do not provide return shipping labels for international orders, you are responsible for returning the product and paying any applicable shipping costs. Items returned should be insured and trackable to ensure the items are received without issue. Review our guidelines for eligible returns. We have the right to cancel your order if shipping fees exceed amount charged on your order. Please note you are responsible for any duty fees your country may have. These duty fees are calculated by your country and go to your country.

      • If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are more than happy to assist you with your return requests.
        We advise all customers to check their goods immediately upon delivery in the event a style may be damaged or not as expected. A return claim must be made and returned in 14 days of the date delivered, damage claim within 5 business days of receipt of goods.
        We request customers to keep all packages unopened and include original manufacturers' packaging and label. Items should be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags.

        • If you would like to cancel your order, there will be a $5.00 charge deducted from your refund. Please allow 3-10 business days for your refund to process.


        • In the unlikely case you receive a damaged item. Please email us immediately, then mail the item back within 10 days from the date it was delivered. After inspection, and the item is in fact damaged, we will issue either an exchange (SAME ITEM AND SIZE) OR store credit (depending on whether the item is in stock). Damages will not be accepted if they have been worn.

          POP UP SHOP 

          • Any items purchased during a pop up shop is returnable for store credit only. You have 7 business days to return.


          • Coupons included with your order are seasonal and do expire. Coupons are one per order and cannot be combined. 


          • We ship packages with USPS and UPS. We do not guarantee shipping time. We are not responsible for lost time during unforeseen circumstances ie. such as a power outage or natural disasters.  The shipping time frame is, SHIPPING TIME, once it is dropped off at the post office or UPS. It is not including the time that the order is processed and prepared.
          • International shipping is available for a flat fee.  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOM DUTY FEES. We do not guarantee delivery time. **Shipping time frames are the time it takes your order to be shipped from the post office to your address. We do use the postal service to mail to avoid the higher duty fees that are charged with UPS.

          LOST MAIL

          • We offer Shipping Protection as a way to protect your order should anything happen during transit. 

            The shipping protection is an affordable guarantee that if your package doesn’t make it to you or is damaged during transit, you will be compensated.  Skirt Society is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages, so shipping protection provides assurance that you will be covered should anything happen during shipment. 

            *Please note, shipping protection does not cover lost packages due to incorrect information being added before check out, so please ensure all your shipping information is correct before placing your order. 

            For Lost Packages:

            Tracking says delivered but is missing:

            -Please check your front and back porch, side door, garage area, bushes and mailbox to make sure it’s not hiding. Ask your neighbors if they might have received it for you.

            -Please wait at least 3 business days but no longer than 12 days from when your tracking says delivered before taking action.

            For Damaged or Stolen packages please reach out to our customer service team at We would love to help in locating and finding a solution for your package.

            Shipping Protection is optional and you can choose to remove it from the check-out cart.

          • If your order is returned as undeliverable a store credit (minus shipping) will be given and your order will be canceled. If you want your order reshipped, you are responsible for shipping no matter what the price of the order was.
